About Cathleen

Healing the mind, body, and spirit is my passion. I have been practicing Polarity Therapy since 2005 providing my clients with a safe, peaceful environment where they are able to enjoy a relaxing, therapeutic experience.

After obtaining an advanced certification In Polarity Therapy from the Ohio Institute of Energetic Studies, I have continued studies with a certification in Elemental Reflexology, Level 1 Reiki, and Level 1 Craniosacral Therapy from the Upledger Institute. Currently, I am pursuing a two-year certification in Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy.
